Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance

AST aims to provide a workplace and culture that is reflective of our core values, which include our dedication to corporate and social responsibility, ethics, leadership and governance. 

Our management and human resources teams regularly engage to broaden our human capital management initiatives. These include fostering an inclusive company culture, preparing for succession planning and employee development, providing educational programs for our employees on topics such as sexual harassment and whistleblower policies to promote a healthy work environment, and promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes a goal to make hiring decisions that create equal opportunities for all employees regardless of personal background, race, gender, nationality, age, sexual orientation, physical disability, religion, or any other protected classification.
