At AST, we have an open-door policy where all employees are able to seek advice or provide suggestion. Our CEO holds quarterly town halls to promote our businesses and individual successes, share information on our strategies, and provide open and honest dialogue with the entire employee base. We also regularly survey our employees to gauge sentiment as well as generate new ideas to improve as an organization and to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our employees. Also, if there is ever anything you’re interested in sharing while the survey is not live our Human Resources team is always available to discuss and assist. 

Corporate Social Responsibility

We know our employees are passionate about giving back and making a difference in the world. That’s why we created AST in Action –an employee program that offers employees paid volunteer time each calendar year to give back to their community in meaningful ways. Our employees can choose to use this time on any volunteer activity they like, including volunteering at an animal shelter, serving as a poll worker, or donating their time to a local non-profit. HR is always available to help find a volunteer opportunity that is the right fit for you.
